Heritage Harbour is a well-established, active adult 55+ community located in Annapolis, Maryland. This ideal location is close to Downtown Historic Annapolis, the United States Naval Academy, as well as Saint John’s University. Heritage Harbour, Annapolis also gives you easy access to route 50 which makes it easy to head into DC for the day or you can take Route 97 for a visit to the Baltimore Inner Harbour. Heritage Harbour’s Community Lodge, located at 959 River Strand Loop, offers both an outdoor pool as well as an indoor pool with a Jacuzzi and sauna. The Lodge offers many different rooms for the resident’s enjoyment such as meeting rooms for scheduled activities such as cards or education courses, a billiards room, a television studio, an arts and crafts room, a woodworking shop, and an auditorium for year-round special events, a fitness center and aerobics studio, and a library and garden lounge to relax in. The Community Association sponsors social events such as dinner dances, plays, concerts, etc.

This pet-friendly community includes a 9-hole executive golf course, located at 875 Harry S. Truman Parkway, and has a curving golf cart pathway winding through a forested valley linking the golf course, tennis court clubhouse complex. The golf pro shop is located within the clubhouse with the course adjacent to it. Boating enthusiasts will enjoy private access to South River with a pier and ten 30-foot boat slips. Additional outdoor amenities include a bocce ball court, horseshoe pits, and nine tennis courts, three can be converted to pickleball courts as needed.
Heritage Harbour, Annapolis residents can utilize the 28-passenger activity van for day trips for the many museums or festivals in the area or shopping at the Annapolis Mall.
The full-time lifestyle director at Heritage Harbour, Annapolis, keeps residents as active as they would like by offering recreational, physical, cultural, social and educational activities for the residents. The clubhouse has over 70 different clubs catering to a variety of interests including many waterfront activities.
